The information below are the conditions of service.Please read this Agreement carefully, print it, and retain it for your records.
1. The Visa Pre-paid Gift Card is a pre-paid stored value account that can be used for Internet, Mail Order, and Telephone shopping wherever Visa is accepted.
2. This is a Non-Personalized Visa card. Restrictions may apply. With your Non Personalized Visa card, you can pay anywhere Visa card is accepted online (Except recurring billing).
3. The Visa card is already activated, and you can begin to make lawful purchase wherever Visa logo is displayed.
4. The Virtual Visa Card which is issued by Bank to you upon authentication and payment confirmation from our account comes with card number, expiration date, account verification value and billing address.
5. The billing address for the Virtual Visa card should be supplied when asked online. This address is not the same as your mailing /delivery/ personal address. You CANNOT use it as your delivery address if you purchase tangible goods to be delivered. This address cannot receive letters or goods.
6. Your Virtual Visa Card is not a deposit account, and the value loaded on your Card is not insured by any agency.
7. PRICING SCHEDULE
The following fees apply to the Card:
Lost or Stolen Card Replacement ...........$15.00 each
Card Cancellation and/or Refund ...........$15.00
Monthly Maintenance Fee* ....................$ 2.50 per month*A Monthly Maintenance fee will begin at the start of the seventh month after the Card was issued and continue until the Card has a zero balance. If the Card balance is zero or becomes zero as a result of this fee, the Card will be canceled.
9. PREPAID VISA CARD CANNOT BE USED TO VERIFY EBAY OR PAYPAL
Your Visa card will be forfeited if you use the card to verify eBay/Paypal account under the terms of use, this card and address provided must be used for lawful purchases without jeopardizing our business.10. We may from time to time adopt new or amended provisions, which will be effective after notice has been mailed to you.
